Amber Roofs is a flat roofing contractor based in Jersey, Channel Islands. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, by phone, email or messaging apps.

• Enquiry details — your name, phone number, email address, property address and the description of the work you send through our quote or contact forms.
• Photos and documents you choose to send us about your roof.
• Technical data — basic, anonymous information such as pages visited and device type, used only to keep the site working well.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free survey, prepare a quotation, carry out and guarantee the work, and keep records required for tax and insurance. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to. If we ever do, every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our email delivery provider and website hosting — and with accountants, insurers or authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work and guarantees are kept for as long as the guarantee runs and for at least six years afterwards for legal and tax purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
